LLR is a nationwide pet register in Estonia. System users are different municipalities, veterinarians and animal shelters.
e-Service is meant for pet owners whose municipality has joined the registry. From this page the pet owners can access their pet's information and register their new pet.
You need an Estonian ID-card to use the Pet registry.
